Within the web site, we plan to provide useful and informative information which can be used by individuals, commercial business, and industry.Information in the web site will include Department Information, Fire Code Information, Local Events, and any other information which might be of value to community.Community input is always valued by the department along with questions that anyone might have which pertain to the services or duties of the department. Volunteers Needed
Have you ever considered being a community volunteer. Are you aware of the great need for community volunteers. Currently there are 16 volunteer members of the Flippin Fire Department who are responsible for responding to fire, medical, rescue, public service, and special needs calls of approximately 4000 people in our city and rural response area and assisting neighboring departments when needed. The help is always needed, the training is free of charge, and it doesn’t take a great amount of time, and some benefits are offered. The job isn’t for everyone, but for those that choose to help, it is very rewarding, If you think you might be interested, contact the Fire Department for details, and who knows, it might be for you.
